Desicart

this

empowerment
to
local

Desicart
Desicart is a service design-driven e-commerce platform that supports small and microscale producers across India by giving them digital visibility and a path to Tier 1 markets. The platform connects rural and semi-urban businesses directly with urban consumers through a curated marketplace of regionally crafted products.
My work focused on user research, UI/UX design, and service blueprinting to streamline onboarding, product discovery, and checkout flows. This included designing dashboards for sellers, buyer-facing storefronts, and logistics coordination interfaces.
Desicart was built to be culturally inclusive and scalable, keeping both user satisfaction and business impact at its core. This project highlights my proficiency in:
- HCI, usability, and user experience design
- Information architecture and wireframing
- Service design and stakeholder mapping
- User onboarding, trust-building, and engagement flows
- Supporting digital transformation in underserved communities
